Tu seras encadré(e) par Baptiste, co-fondateur et Victoire, responsable de l'équipe marketing digital & aquisition ainsi que d'un autre alternant en growth et de l'équipe communication/graphisme.

Mission :

Nous recherchons un profil growth technique (touche-à-tout, curieux·se, très opérationnel·le) qui prendra la responsabilité du CRM & du nurturing, tout en intervenant sur l'acquisition, la création/coordination et l'outillage data.
L'idée : un cœur de mission CRM/automatisation, avec plusieurs facettes growth autour — nous adapterons les missions à tes appétences et à tes compétences.

1) Acquisition & Paid

  • Participer au pilotage des campagnes (Meta / TikTok / Google Ads), lire les KPIs et proposer des itérations concrètes.

  • Aider à cadrer des audiences / messages / offres et relier l'acquisition au CRM (retargeting, LTV, ré-achat).

  • Tenir un report simple et actionnable (hebdo) : ce qu'on garde, ce qu'on teste, ce qu'on coupe.

2) Création, Contenus & Coordination

  • Rôle creative strategist light : angles, hooks, formats qui convertissent (paid, CRM, social).

  • Briefs clairs et coordination avec com/graphisme (qui fait quoi, deadlines, QA).

  • Possibilité de produire certaines créas.

3) CRM, Nurturing & Automation (ton terrain principal)

  • Concevoir et optimiser des parcours automatisés (email & WhatsApp) : onboarding, post-consultation, abandon, réactivation, fidélisation.

  • Segmentation, triggers, A/B tests, personnalisation, cadences.

  • Suivre ouvertures / clics / conv / revenus par envoi, délivrabilité.

  • Lancer des campagnes CRM ponctuelles (news, offres, marronniers) en lien avec la com.

4) Outils, Data & Gestion de projet

  • Faire évoluer les dashboards (Sheets/Looker/GA4) : acquisition, CRM, cohortes, LTV.

  • Soigner le tracking / pixels / UTM / consent, relier les outils (Zapier/Make, webhooks, API CRM Ads / back-office).

  • Documenter simplement : "comment ça marche" + "comment on relance".

  • Référent·e projets growth (ouvertures de centre, Black Friday, Noël, lancements d'offres) :

    • Cadrage rapide : objectifs, cibles, canaux, rétroplanning.

    • Coordination équipes (marketing, com/graphisme, ops, data/tech).

    • Exécution : briefs, assets, landing/section site, flows CRM, audiences & budgets.

    • Go-live & QA : checklists tracking/délivrabilité, derniers réglages.

    • Suivi & bilan : KPIs (CA incrémental, ROAS, CVR, part CRM), learnings & next steps.
