Sales Assistant – DACH Market

Tasks as a Sales Assistant
- Supporting the sales team with major enquiries and target customers: Researching suitable locations or complementary services (activities, catering, transport) to fulfil specific customer requests. Transfer of offers and general support of the sales team.
- Co-organisation of internal processes
- Supporting the onboarding of new team members
- Participation in the further development of our product
- Participate in strategic discussions around sales and Naboo's overall strategy
Your are the ideale candidate if
- You have determination, good listening skills and a desire to develop, take responsibility and make a real contribution to the commercial success of the organisation.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (mandatory) .
- You are diligent and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have a hands-on attitude and a desire to actively contribute to an ambitious project.
- You are able to adapt your way of working flexibly and quickly when needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Package : 900€ (Bachelor) to 1300€ (Masters) + Bonus

Recruitment process
- 1st interview: First meeting with the Juliette, International Expansion Lead (15 minutes)
- 2nd interview: Exchange with a member of an international sales team (approx minutes)
- 3rd interview: Speed dating with 4-5 team members from different departments at Naboo (approx. 15 minutes each) - an informal exchange during which you will gain an insight into our corporate culture.
