Captura Search is working with this well-funded, award winnning and successful FinTech firm headquartered in London. They offer an exceptional suite of cloud based front, middle and back office technologies to the buy side market segment (including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds & Retail Funds). Our clients' solutions have a 'very high' success rate when competing in RFP / RFI processes, and are displacing competitor legacy solutions on a frequent basis. Due to new product innovations and an ever growing list of clients, they are expanding their team by hiring a high calibre senior sales professional to be based in their Frankfurt office . They are looking to add a quality sales professional with a proven track record in identifying and closing new logo deals specifically with Investment Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds or Retail Funds, Soveriegn Wealth Funds or Investment Banks.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with prospective firms that would have a strong need for credible and modern solutions covering Transfer Agency, Fund Administration / Investment Accounting, Compliance or Reporting
  • Responsible for identifying and cold-calling Tier One prospects
  • Work with inside-sales and pre-sales to communicate technical concepts in a simple & easy to understand format to engage clients and demonstrate how you can solve their problems
  • Manage & prioritize the sales pipeline appropriately
  • Work closely with marketing on targeted campaigns to prospects throughout the DACH region

Requirements:

  • Able to successfully manage a significant pipeline of sales opportunities 
  • Must have a proven and successful sales track record with the following / or similar types of FinTech firms:
