Job DescriptionYou join Natixis' Internal Audit as a Business management officer.
On a daily basis, you have the tasks of:
- Reviewing and reorganizing the storage of department folders and files (department SharePoint) by designing and implementing the target solution;
- Oversee the migration of department folders and files to SharePoint and establish governance of the document hub;
- Design and implement digital tools to improve team communication, such as newsletters;
- Organize seminars;
- Clarify and structure the governance related to the organization of training.

With a higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in business management, project management or consulting topics, ideally with exposure to the banking/CIB environment.
You master:
- The operation in project mode and change management;
- The SharePoint tool and document corpus management.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
- Recognized for your written and oral communication skills;
- Able to work in a team and collaborate with varied interlocutors.
You master English with a B2 level.
