Nous recherchons un(e) Vendeur(euse) pour notre Boutique Marni de St. Honoré, un(e) Ambassadeur(rice) de la Maison, avec de très bonnes compétences commerciales et interpersonnelles. 

Sous la direction du Responsable de la boutique, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

Garantir le développement du chiffre d'affaires de votre point de vente :

  • Atteinte de ses objectifs quantitatifs mais aussi qualitatifs, et se montre force de proposition dans les plans d'actions pour les atteindre,
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des indicateurs de performance et des outils de gestion,
  • Bien connaitre son stock pour pouvoir être force de proposition;

Faire vivre à nos clients l'expérience unique Marni :

  • Accueillir une clientèle internationale exigeante et aller au-delà de ses demandes,
  • Etablir et maintenir une bonne relation avec les clients, collecter des informations et conduire un suivi personnel avec chaque client 
  • Partager la connaissance de l'ensemble des produits, de la marque, des lignes et collections.
  • Offrir un service client dans les standards de la Maison MARNI,
  • Connaissance et mise en application des procédures de la Maison,

Polyvalence :

  • Participer à maintenir l'excellente présentation de la boutique : merchandising visuel, rangement, réapprovisionnement des stocks
  • Aider au contrôle des stocks (inventaire, sécurité, niveaux de produits),
  • Encaissement, prise des SAV, ouverture et fermeture boutique.

PROFIL RECHERCHE :

Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de 3 ans au moins dans la vente de prêt-à-porter Homme et Femme et d'accessoires dans le secteur de la mode ou du luxe;

Vous avez une parfaite compréhension des indicateurs de performance et vous savez agir pour les réaliser;

Vous avez une excellente présentation et une bonne culture mode et luxe;

Vous êtes proactif, positif et engagé, vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe;

Vous êtes passionné/e par la vente et le service client, et vous vous engagez à atteindre les objectifs;

Vous répondez aux besoins du client et lui faites partager une expérience selon les attentes de la Maison et vous savez établir des relations durables;

Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication avec les clients, l'équipe et la Direction;

Vous parlez impérativement le français et l'anglais couramment. Une troisième langue serait un plus.
