About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key member of our People Team, responsible for discovering and attracting the best candidates. You will be involved in actively searching for profiles that match our need, as well as participating in forums and professional event to promote our employer brand. You will work autonomously, while benefiting from team support to achieve your goals. Missions
- Talent Hunting: Use advanced search tools, social networks, and databases to identify and contact potential candidates.
- Profile Analysis: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit with our culture to determine their suitability for our needs.
- Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate interviews, track applications, and maintain smooth communication with candidates/hiring managers throughout the process.
- Participation in Forums and Events: Represent the company at job fairs, university forums, and other events to promote our employer brand and establish relationships with potential candidates.
- Parallel Projects: Contribute to specific projects related to recruitment, such as improving processes, creating content, or implementing new initiatives to attract talent.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment campaigns, providing regular reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- A first experience in recruitment
- Native in French & fluent in English
