As a Senior Account Executive, you are responsible for driving EasyPicky's commercial development within your territory (geographical area to be defined). Your role combines pure acquisition (around 80% of your time) and the development of existing accounts (mid-market / small high-potential accounts).

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy for your target accounts

  • Manage the entire long sales cycle (up to 12 months): qualification, discovery, demos, business case, multi-stakeholder influence, closing

  • Identify and address the needs of your C-Level contacts (Sales Leadership, IT, Procurement, etc.)

  • Build and defend high-impact value propositions

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure a smooth handover after signing, and with the Customer Success Manager to support upsell & cross-sell

  • Actively contribute to improving the sales process and sharing best practices
