About the Role

CTM is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead delivery of Travel services from France to the UK. This person will coordinate end-to-end logistics for the travel of clients from central Paris to London: managing personal information, checking visas, booking flights and accommodation, ensuring health and safety, performing check in and check out at accommodation, booking transport to the airport, coordinating meet and greet services etc. This will be delivered ensuring seamless, dignified, and compliant service delivery across France and the UK in partnership with CTM's UK Service Delivery team, Home Office, and other key stakeholders.

This role involves supervising onsite staff and cross team collaboration with the UK, it is essential to speak fluent professional English and French.

This role is a 1 year contract.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, travel operations, or government contract delivery
• Strong understanding of duty of care, safeguarding, and handling of vulnerable individuals
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume, multi-stakeholder operations
• Strong working knowledge of UKVI or immigration-related processes (or similar regulated environments)
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage rapid operational changes
• Experience with incident escalation, reporting, and risk management

Desirable:

• Fluency in French & English
• Familiarity with visa processes and medical clearance assessments.
