Il s'agit d'un poste à part entière, à mi-chemin entre Category Lead (directeur de catégorie) et Category Manager. C'est un échellon hiérarchique à part, qui est "bras droit" du Category lead et souvent très senior (de 8 à 18 ans d'XP post diplôme)

Sélection produit : Sélectionner et mettre en valeur les produits pertinents pour la catégorie, en lien avec les attentes des consommateurs et les tendances du marché.

Responsabilité de la performance : Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de marge brute (GPM) et de volume brut de marchandises (GMV) pour les catégories PEM et/ou GEM

Planification commerciale : Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente complètes, incluant la politique tarifaire et les campagnes promotionnelles.

Négociation achats : Identifier et engager de potentiels partenaires, gérer les relations fournisseurs, négocier les tarifs et leviers de rentabilité, valider les frais, et assurer la bonne tenue des données produits.

Suivi des stocks : Contrôler les niveaux d'inventaire afin de garantir une disponibilité optimale des produits.

Coordination des ressources : Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes supply chain internationales afin de garantir les ressources et le soutien nécessaires.

Optimisation pilotée par la donnée : Analyser les données de ventes et d'achats afin d'identifier des tendances, proposer des axes d'amélioration et optimiser les marges brutes.

Profil recherché

Solide expérience côté achat, category management, sales sur la catégorie PEM-GEM

Business minded : volonté de développer un business from scratch avec vision stratégique pour se différencier sur le marché

Solide réseaux de fournisseurs (marques idéalement, grossistes OK) en France.

Orienté data et capable de s'exprimer de manière structurée

Une expérience en start-up/scale-up serait fortement appréciée

Dynamique, team-player
