Brièvement crée il y a 15 ans, Potomac conduit pour ses clients leurs opérations de cessions, d'acquisitions ou de financement en France et à l'étranger uniquement sur le dynamique secteur de la santé.

Fonctions

Vous prendrez en charge des transactions, cessions ou acquisitions pour le compte de nos clients fonds d'investissements, entrepreneurs qui souvent incarnent des « Succes Story » dans le secteur de la santé lors d'étapes stratégiques clés.

Vos missions sont fortement liées à votre volonté d'implication et seront principalement :

  • Analyses stratégiques et financières des opportunités, des sociétés (analyse de marché, de la performance historique, élaboration de business plans, etc..)
  • Recherche et contacts des contreparties (Investisseurs, acheteurs, vendeurs)
  • Conduite des transactions et des négociations, rédaction d'information mémorandum, teaser, préparation et gestion des datarooms en collaboration avec les clients et les parties prenantes à l'opération (avocats, auditeurs, cabinets de stratégie, financiers, ..)
  • En synthèse vous piloterez tout le processus de M&A de la signature du mandat jusqu'au closing sous la supervision d'un associé.
  • Vous développez votre réseau relationnel avec les entreprises du secteur de la santé et les fonds d'investissements.

Profil

Diplôme d'études supérieures, Master 2 d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur.

Après une expérience significative dans un département transactions services d'un grand cabinet d'audit ou dans une banque d'affaires, avec une pratique courante de l'anglais
, vous souhaitez développer votre carrière en
fusions et acquisitions
avec un nouveau challenge et jouer un rôle clé.

Nous ne cherchons pas des experts de la santé mais de très bons financiers ayant une sensibilité pour le secteur car nous saurons vous former.

Vous êtes motivé(e), travailleur et souhaitez, vous impliquer pour réussir en apportant votre expertise dans une structure entrepreneuriale qui vous donnera de l'autonomie et une évolution à long terme en fonction de votre implication.

Français courant et anglais bilingue (écrit et oral), une expérience dans un pays anglo-saxon est un plus ainsi que la pratique de l'allemand.

Solides bases financières et bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office en vue de pouvoir réaliser des présentations de qualité.

Fort sens du client, vous êtes proactif(ve), faites preuve de qualités d'adaptation et savez travailler dans le cadre de calendrier serré.

Des déplacements en province ou à l'étranger sont attendus.
