About the Position

We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer passionate about artificial intelligence to join our team and shape the future of AI-augmented workspaces. You will be at the heart of designing innovative interfaces that integrate AI agents into complex business processes for prestigious clients in the banking, luxury, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Your Mission

AI Workspace Design

  • Design and prototype intelligent workspaces that orchestrate multiple AI agents
  • Create interfaces allowing users to naturally collaborate with AI assistants
  • Design dashboards and control centers to supervise and manage automated workflows
  • Develop complex data visualization systems to make AI transparent and understandable

Conversational Interfaces

  • Design sophisticated conversational experiences that go beyond simple chatbots
  • Create fluid user journeys combining voice, text, and visual interaction
  • Design feedback and guidance systems to support users in their interactions with AI
  • Develop innovative interaction patterns for specific business use cases

Integration into Business Processes

  • Analyze and map complex business processes to identify optimal AI integration points
  • Design interfaces that adapt to existing workflows while progressively transforming them
  • Create user experiences that respect strict regulatory constraints (banking, pharmaceutical)
  • Design solutions that preserve human expertise while augmenting its capabilities

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design or similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, ProtoPie)
  • Proven experience in complex system design and Design System creation
  • Deep understanding of human-machine interaction principles and cognitive psychology
  • Portfolio demonstrating complex and/or conversational interface projects

Valued AI-Specific Skills

  • Experience designing interfaces integrating AI (chatbots, virtual assistants, recommendation systems)
  • Understanding of key AI concepts: LLM, RAG, autonomous agents, prompt engineering
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences
  • Awareness of AI ethics and transparency issues
