• Je recrute pour mon client, très bel acteur du secteur FMCG, son nouveau Directeur FP&A Corporate H/F. Ce poste en CDI est basé dans les Hauts-de-Seine avec la possibilité d’effectuer jusqu’à 3 jours de TT/semaine. Dans un contexte de croissance et de transformation, vous aurez pour rôle stratégique d’accompagner la prise de décision en COMEX, en animant le pilotage et le planning financier du groupe. A ce titre vos principales missions sont les suivantes : Être un business Partner pour le Comex et les équipe Finance Groupe / RSE : • Piloter le processus budgétaire (budget, estimés) pour l’ensemble du groupe ainsi que les clôtures mensuelles (du Target setting à la réalisation de la présentation Comex). • Garantir la fiabilité des prévisions financières et des analyses de performance. • Animation du process « plan stratégique » et réalisation de l’équation financière. • Accompagner la Direction Générale et les opérationnels dans la prise de décision stratégique par la fourniture d’analyses financières & présentations. • Élaborer des reportings consolidés à destination du top management et du board, en structurant une communication claire des résultats et de la trajectoire financière du groupe. • Gérer et animer une équipe FP&A de 4 personnes + 2 stagiaires (management, montée en compétences, animation de la communauté finance groupe). • Être force de proposition sur les leviers de performance, d’optimisation des coûts, productivité et rentabilité. • Porter la voix de la finance dans les projets de transformation du groupe. • Construction et suivi des indicateurs RSE (emissions carbonne, positive recipe, eau…). Profil : De formation Bac+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 8 à 10 ans en Contrôle de Gestion, idéalement au sein d’une business unit et dans le secteur de la grande consommation. Vous disposez d’un fort esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, savez prioriser vos actions et vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et de fiabilité. Vous avez également une réelle appétence pour l’amélioration continue et la capacité à challenger et convaincre vos interlocuteurs. Vous maîtrisez l’anglais courant et idéalement, vous avez une bonne connaissance de BPC et SAP.
