Their solutions support a wide range of industries, including aviation, express logistics, warehousing, and large-scale distribution. The company is recognized for its innovation, efficiency, and ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern logistics operations.As Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering complex system installation projects, primarily in France and occasionally across other European countries. You will act as the key interface between customers, internal departments, and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality execution within scope, schedule, and budget.Your duties and responsibilities will include:Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for Material Handling System installations, from initial planning to final handoverCoordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, and commissioningServe as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear alignment of project objectives and expectationsDevelop, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plansConduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to French regulations, safety standards, and internal quality proceduresOversee on-site installation and commissioning phases, managing subcontractors and suppliersPrepare and present regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and customersTravel to project sites within France and occasionally across EuropeReport directly to the Operations DirectorTo be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Automation, or a related technical fieldProject Management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantageAt least 5 years of project management experience in industrial automation, logistics systems, or material handling environmentsStrong exposure to Cargo Handling Systems (CHS), including delivery experience Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budgetLeadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse international interfacesComfortable working in a fast-paced, technical, and multicultural environmentFluent in French and English (both required); additional European languages are a plusWillingness to travel to customer and project sites as needed
