As our proactive and organized Project Manager, you'll take ownership of entire portfolios, from technical feasibility to construction-ready stage. You'll collaborate closely with EPC partners, engineering firms, and our international teams, all while bringing your entrepreneurial spirit to the table. You assess and evaluate the technical feasibility, discuss technical designs with our EPCs, conduct contract negotiations, and bring your projects to the construction-ready stage.You think entrepreneurially, can convincingly persuade people of good ideas in a likable way, and boldly move forward to realize ideas.You are our reliable contact person for all internal and external project partners.You are in contact with our international teams to improve processes, tools, and general knowledge exchange.What you bring to the tableYour enthusiasm and willingness to actively drive the energy transition.+3 years of experience in project management in the field of renewable energies, especially solar installations.A successfully completed degree with a technical background (engineering degree, electrical engineering training, or similar).Your structured and independent way of working, which meets good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.Talent is great. Energy is essential.
