Sous la responsabilité du manager, vous intervenez sur un portefeuille de clients grands comptes de l'entreprise. Votre rôle est de conseiller sur les fonctionnalités avancées du CRM, sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités, de présenter les meilleures pratiques d'utilisation et de former les utilisateurs. Vous analysez les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions personnalisées pour optimiser leur utilisation de la solution. Vous collaborez avec les équipes internes pour améliorer continuellement les services offerts. Vous maintenez une relation de confiance avec les clients, organisez des points à minima mensuels, les rencontrer régulièrement et êtes leur point d'entrée pour toutes les questions liées à l'outil.
