Rattaché au Directeur de bureau parisien, vous jouez un rôle-clé dans la protection de la banque contre les risques juridiques et financiers tout en garantissant un fonctionnement conforme et éthique. En tant que Compliance Manager, vos missions sont les suivantes : Surveiller la conformité réglementaire et vérifier le respect des réglementations locales et internationales. Mettre à jour les politiques internes en fonction des évolutions législatives et réglementaires. Gérer la relation avec les autorités de régulation dont l'ACPR. Établir et suivre les procédures internes. Mettre en oeuvre des systèmes de contrôle pour détecter les anomalies ou les fraudes potentielles. Gérer les risques de non-conformité et mettre en oeuvre des mesures correctives en cas de non-conformité. Gérer l'audit interne et le reporting associé, notamment le reporting COREP.
