Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients : un(e) HR Manager (H/F), dans le cadre d'un CDD à pourvoir dès que possible. Rattaché(e) au Président, vous accompagnerez la stratégie RH de l'entreprise sur les fonctions Corporate et Retail, avec un fort accent sur la conformité sociale, le développement international (EU et UK), et l'accompagnement managérial. Vos principales missions : - Déployer la stratégie RH (recrutement, rétention, planification des effectifs). - Soutenir l'expansion en Europe, en adaptant les politiques RH aux législations locales. - Garantir la conformité réglementaire et actualiser les politiques internes. - Superviser le recrutement en veillant à la diversité & inclusion. - Gérer les relations sociales, procédures disciplinaires et fins de contrat. - Collaborer avec la paie, la finance, le juridique et les prestataires locaux. - Participer au déploiement d'un SIRH et d'un système de gestion du temps. - Réaliser les entretiens de sortie et proposer des actions pour réduire le turnover. - Encadrer et faire évoluer l'équipe RH. De formation Master 2 Ressources Humaines, vous possédez une expérience réussie de 8 ans minimum dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe / retail. La langue anglaise est indispensable. Rigoureux(se), réactif(ve), organisé(e), bon esprit de synthèse et doté(e) d'une bonne aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle, aptitude à travailler dans un univers intense et exigeant. Forte appétence pour le travail en équipe et le contact opérationnel.
