À quel(s) besoin(s) ça répond : Sécuriser et simplifier la mobilité internationale des collaborateurs Gérer les enjeux réglementaires, administratifs et RH liés à l'expatriation Accompagner la croissance internationale des entreprises Poste : Sales Representative B2B Niveau souhaité : Confirmé / Senior (5 ans d'expérience) Démarrage : ASAP Modalité : Présentiel Missions : Tâche 1 : Prospecter et développer de nouveaux clients pour les pôles Conseil, Immigration et Relocation Tâche 2 : Qualifier les prospects et promouvoir les solutions innovantes de mobilité internationale Tâche 3 : Piloter le cycle de vente complet, de l'identification du besoin jusqu'au closing Tâche 4 : Répondre aux appels d'offres et coordonner les actions commerciales avec les pôles d'expertise Objectifs : Générer de nouveaux clients à fort potentiel Développer le chiffre d'affaires sur les offres de mobilité internationale Renforcer la position de leader d'Helma sur son marché Secteurs stratégiques : Mobilité internationale / Services RH / Conseil Interlocuteurs : Directions RH, Mobilité Internationale, Directions Générales Cycle de vente moyen : moyen environ 3 mois Panier moyen : 5 à 10K le plus souvent
