AquisIT recrute pour l'un de ses clients, groupe du secteur du BTP basé à Clichy, un HRBP Business Partner (f/h). Vos missions : - Piloter et structurer le pôle ADP/Paie, garantir un niveau de service solide sur l'ADP et la paie, et renforcer l'accompagnement des opérationnels dans un environnement multi-sociétés en forte croissance Responsabilités Pilotage et management - Manager en direct une équipe de RRH (3 personnes) - Aider à structurer le fonctionnement du pôle : priorisation, répartition de la charge, méthodes, animation, montée en compétences - Assurer une présence et une crédibilité opérationnelle : être capable d'aider à produire quand la situation l'exige Supervision ADP et paie - Superviser le "run" ADP/paie au travers des RRH et des gestionnaires ADP : administration du personnel, gestion des absences/maladie, paie, etc. - Sécuriser la qualité et la continuité du service, dans un contexte multi-conventions / multi-usages selon les entités Accompagnement des opérationnels - Appuyer les directeurs et managers sur les sujets RH structurants - Contribuer à l'acculturation et à la formation des opérationnels sur les règles et la réglementation sociale Projets transverses RH - Porter et alimenter des projets structurants - Faire remonter les besoins terrain et proposer des chantiers utiles, concrets, actionnables - Expérience RH de l'ordre de 3 à 5 ans, avec un vrai contenu opérationnel - Exposition à l'ADP et à la paie : - Première expérience de management (ou forte capacité démontrée à encadrer et structurer une équipe) - Appétence forte pour un environnement PME, multi-entités, peu processé, avec beaucoup d'autonomie - Posture terrain et pragmatique : faire, aider, gagner sa légitimité par l'action - Capacité à accompagner des opérationnels sur des sujets RH sensibles (disciplinaire, contentieux, règles sociales)
