Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale, le/la Sales Operations Manager joue un rôle clé dans la performance commerciale globale. Véritable chef d'orchestre des opérations commerciales, vous structurez, optimisez et pilotez les outils, les process et les indicateurs afin d'accompagner 80 à 100 commerciaux B2B et B2C dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs. Missions principales 1. Pilotage des outils & du CRM - Administrer, paramétrer et optimiser les outils commerciaux (CRM B2B et B2C, téléphonie, outils marketing) - Garantir la qualité de la donnée (déduplication, fiabilité, segmentation) - Rédiger les cahiers des charges fonctionnels et piloter les évolutions en lien avec l'IT 2. Accompagnement des équipes commerciales - Former et coacher les équipes aux outils et aux process - Animer des temps réguliers de partage (ex : webinaire hebdomadaire Sales Ops) - Accompagner le changement pour assurer une adoption fluide des évolutions 3. Reporting & pilotage de la performance - Définir et suivre les KPI individuels et collectifs - Concevoir, automatiser et maintenir des tableaux de bord à destination des managers et de la direction - Analyser les performances et formuler des recommandations opérationnelles 4. Amélioration continue & qualité de service - Identifier les leviers d'optimisation des process commerciaux - Contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité de service (appels, placements, relations entreprises, fidélisation) - Collaborer étroitement avec le marketing sur la performance du tunnel de conversion 5. Management & structuration - Manager directement une petite équipe Sales Ops (2 personnes) - Maintenir et structurer la base de connaissances interne (Wiki : process commerciaux, IT, RH) - Accompagner les managers dans l'évaluation des périodes d'essai et la réduction du turnover
