Au cœur de la production, vous coordonnez les équipes Systèmes, Proximité et Helpdesk avec rigueur et clarté. Vous assurez la bonne exécution des contrats, le suivi des indicateurs de performance et la satisfaction client. Votre quotidien alterne entre pilotage opérationnel, gestion budgétaire et accompagnement des équipes. Vos principales responsabilités : - Encadrer et animer les équipes techniques (systèmes, proximité, helpdesk) - Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels et contractuels - Suivre et piloter le budget associé aux activités du périmètre - Maintenir une communication claire et régulière avec le client - Anticiper les besoins et identifier de nouvelles opportunités au sein du contrat - Fournir des rapports de performance précis et exploitables - Établir des reportings d'activité fiables et synthétiques Ce poste requiert un sens aigu de la coordination et une approche orientée résultats. Vous interagissez quotidiennement avec les clients, les équipes internes et la direction, dans un environnement où la qualité de service est essentielle. Chez SECURINFOR, vous contribuez à des projets à forte valeur ajoutée et accompagnez la transformation des environnements IT de nos clients. Vous aimez piloter, structurer et fédérer autour d'objectifs communs ? Ce poste s'adresse à une personne capable de conjuguer sens client et gestion opérationnelle. Issu(e) d'une formation Bac à Bac +5, vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en management de services IT ou en Delivery Management. Vos atouts pour réussir : - Solide expérience dans la gestion d'équipes techniques de technicien et d'administrateur - Capacité à comprendre les enjeux clients et à y répondre avec pertinence - Aisance relationnelle et sens de l'écoute développés - Maîtrise des indicateurs de performance et des reportings d'activité - Compétences en gestion budgétaire et suivi de contrats - Esprit d'analyse et réactivité face aux imprévus - Aptitude à proposer des solutions adaptées pour faire évoluer le service Votre approche allie rigueur, communication claire et pragmatisme, qualités essentielles pour assurer la continuité et la performance des services au sein de SECURINFOR.
