Notre client, une agence de communication 360°, allie dynamisme, créativité et engagement au service de ses clients nationaux (grands comptes, PME et acteurs publics). Dans le cadre de son développement et pour renforcer son leadership dans le domaine du digital, l'agence recherche aujourd'hui un(e) : PROJECT MANAGER WEB (F/H) CDI - MONTPELLIER (34) - 50 à 60K€ En tant que responsable du pôle Tech / Digital, vous serez en charge de : - Superviser et diriger l'ensemble du pôle tech / digital, en garantissant la stratégie et l'exécution des développements web et du marketing digital (SEO, SEA, contenu). - Piloter des projets web de bout en bout : de la définition des spécifications techniques à la livraison, en garantissant la qualité, la performance et l'alignement avec les objectifs business. - Gérer la partie administrative et financière des projets (chiffrage, reporting, facturation, renouvellement des plateformes et contrats de TMA). - Veiller à la conformité réglementaire et à la sécurité informatique de l'agence (DPO). - Définir et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies d'acquisition de trafic, de fidélisation et d'optimisation des performances digitales. - Assurer une veille technologique et concurrentielle pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités. - Collaborer avec les équipes créatives, commerciales et techniques pour offrir une vision 360° aux clients.
