Véritable expert vente et produit, vos missions s'articuleront autour de : - La formation et le coaching des équipes aux techniques de vente chez American Vintage, aux connaissances collection et produit, à la maîtrise de nos outils digitaux en français et en anglais. - L'analyse des ventes et des indicateurs de performance,afin d'optimiser les actions de formation et d'accompagner les équipes dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs. - L'animation de masterclass en présentiel et en distanciel via teams & klaxoon - La conception de supports de formationdédiés : pdf, canva - La présentation des collections en interne (siège, Animateurs et Directeurs Régionaux) - La participation aux ouvertures de nos points de vente en France et à l'export.
