YOUR ROLE: Transformation Expert A&O competitiveness As a Transformation Expert within CEVA, you will work closely with senior leadership to manage and drive strategic and transformation projects for our Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding division. Reporting to Chief Transformation Officer, you will also have a functional line to the Global Air & Ocean Freight Leader. You will be in charge of: Preparing strategic decisions on company orientations Defining performance improvement levers, with a focus on tools and processes improvement, with an end-to-end view Coordinating operational transformation projects Supporting key actions enabling P&L ambitions delivery Accompanying integration of acquired companies and contributing to the setup of OneCEVA' standards Embedding change and transformation within the local organizations, with co-construction of initiatives and animation of the local transformation relays network for A&O business line The position will be located in Paris (La Défense, Emblem tower), with potential travel to Marseille and other destinations upon need.
