Déploiement * Garantir la maîtrise et l'application de la "Selling Ceremony" Berluti, l’Allure Conversation, en formant les équipes à l'art de la vente expérientielle et à la création d'une relation client unique. * Déployer les formations Collections construites autour de l’Allure Remarquable. * Animer les programmes d'intégration pour les nouveaux collaborateurs, assurant une immersion dans la culture et les valeurs de Berluti. Incarner et transmettre les valeurs de la Maison. Participation à la conception * Identification des besoins de formation en lien avec les responsables de boutiques, la direction Retail et la Direction International du Training. * Concevoir des formations en salle, sur le terrain et via des outils digitaux en s’appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques de content design et en intégrant des outils innovants. * Adapter les supports de formation aux différentes spécificités de chacune de nos boutiques. * Définir et mettre en place des programmes de coaching individuels et collectifs ad hoc pour accompagner le développement des talents. * Copilotage avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines du programme d’évaluation des compétences en boutique. Suivi des formations et retour d’expérience * Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Direction Internationale du Training afin d’aligner la stratégie de formation EMEA avec les initiatives globales de la «Berluti Allure Academy». * Collaborer avec les différents services de la région EMEA (Merchandising, CRM, etc.) * Mesurer l'impact des formations (analyse KPI’s, Mesure de l’expérience client…). * Assurer un reporting régulier des actions réalisées, leurs résultats et axes d'amélioration. * Partager les meilleures pratiques et les retours d'expérience du terrain avec les équipes Merchandising et Training du Siège.
