Contexte Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe Projet, nous recherchons un PMO pour accompagner les Chefs de Projet dans le pilotage et le suivi des projets stratégiques dans le domaine du démantèlement nucléaire. Missions principales - Support au pilotage des projets - Assister les Chefs de Projet dans la structuration et le suivi des projets. - Contrôler les temps passés, les jalons, les délais et la conformité des livrables. - Reporting - Produire des tableaux de bord et rapports d'avancement (Qualité, Coût, Délai). - Consolider les données pour le suivi budgétaire et le contrôle des coûts. - Gestion des outils et méthodes - Mettre en place et maintenir les outils de planification. - Garantir l'application des standards du client en matière de gestion de projet. - Coordination - Faciliter la communication entre les parties prenantes. - Organiser les réunions de suivi et rédiger les comptes rendus. - Gestion des risques et qualité - Identifier les risques liés aux délais et aux coûts. - Veiller au respect des procédures qualité et des exigences réglementaires. Profil recherché - Formation : Bac +5 en gestion de projet, ou équivalent. - Expérience : 2 à 5 ans en PMO ou gestion de projet IT, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou nucléaire. - Compétences clés : - Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Excel avancé, Power BI). - Connaissance des méthodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile). - Capacité d'analyse, rigueur et sens de l'organisation. - Excellentes compétences en communication et travail en équipe. - Langues : Français courant, anglais professionnel.
