Descriptif du poste Dans ce contexte de croissance rapide et de diversification sportive et géographique, nous recrutons notre premier(e) Accounting Manager pour structurer et accompagner notre expansion à l'échelle internationale. Le/La Accounting Manager reportera au CFO. Missions principales 1. Comptabilité générale et clôtures - Gestion de l'ensemble du cycle comptable (général, auxiliaire, analytique) pour plusieurs entités - Participation active aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelle, avec rigueur et amélioration continue des délais. - Elaboration des états financiers statutaires et consolidés (France et international) - Collaboration étroite avec les auditeurs dans le cadre des audits annuels - Garant de la fiabilité des données financières servant de base aux analyses FP&A. 2. Revenue recognition et flux SAAS - Sécurisation des schémas de reconnaissance du revenu (contrats SaaS, facturation) - Passage et documentation des écritures d'étalement de revenus et de cut-off. - Contribution à la cohérence entre facturation, comptabilité et indicateurs financiers, en collaboration avec la FP&A. 3. Intercos & environnement multi-entités - Gestion des opérations intercos (refacturations, management fees, prêts intra-groupe) - Mise en place d'un suivi mensuel structuré des intercos (préparation, lettrage, réconciliations). 4. Fiscalité et conformité - Internalisation progressive - Des sujets de TVA française (contrôles, documentation) - Ses déclarations fiscales - Interaction avec les cabinets étrangers sur les sujets locaux 5. Pilotage des partenaires locaux - Coordination avec les cabinets comptables (français et étrangers) - Structuration de la relation (planning, livrables attendus, qualité des données, suivi des points ouverts.) 6. Process - Formalisation des procédures comptables et des modes opératoires. - Automatisation des process - Paramétrages des outils comptables
