Le(la) chef de projets conduit l'intégralité du processus de réalisation des projets. Il veille à ce que les budgets, les plannings et les objectifs soient respectés. Votre mission si vous l'acceptez sera : - Créer, maintient et valorise son portefeuille client - Cibler et mène une stratégie efficace de prospection commerciale - Analyser les besoins du client - Déterminer la faisabilité et les risques éventuels pour l'entreprise - Définir les moyens humains et techniques nécessaires à la réalisation de la prestation - Réaliser les estimations budgétaires d'un projet (chiffrage) - Rédiger des offres techniques et commerciales - Participer à la défense et la négociation des projets chez les clients - Gérer et piloter les projets (technique, humain, financier) - Coordonner la réalisation des projets en interne - Effectuer l'interface entre le client et les différents services de l'entreprise - Superviser les chantiers avec les chefs de chantier et techniciens - Réaliser le suivi financier des projets - Suivre et contrôler l'avancement et la conformité contractuelle de réalisation de l'affaire - Animer la relation client et apporte une assistance technique - Participer à la rédaction du PDP ou du PPSPS - Responsable du respect des aspects SSE au sein de son périmètre d'activité - Participer activement et fait participer le personnel sous sa responsabilité à la démarche MASE - Remplir ses objectifs individuels SSE (causerie, visites SSE, remontée) - Rédige un REX à la fin du chantier afin de s'inscrire dans l'amélioration continue SALAIRE : de 40 à 60 KE/an selon profil
