Notre client, acteur majeur de son secteur recrute son HRBP : Vous principales missions seront : - Assister les responsables opérationnels afin de répondre à leurs besoins en talent, faciliter la mobilité interne et la transition ou les recrutements externes ainsi que le suivi de l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, - Encadrer et conseiller la direction sur les questions RH en fournissant des rapports, des indicateurs et des commentaires afin d'aligner les décisions organisationnelles et le nombre de collaborateurs sur les besoins opérationnels, - Accompagner les managers et professionnels dans leurs évolutions de carrière, formation, expatriation, - Proposer des plans d'action RH à moyen et long terme, - S'assurer que les outils de Groupe sont correctement utilisés pour promouvoir la mobilité fonctionnelle et géographique au niveau global. Cette liste n'est pas limitative. Issu d'une formation Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez d'une expérience à minima de 5 ans sur un poste identique. Une expérience dans le monde industriel est nécessaire sur ce poste - et idéalement un vécu sur les populations R&D. Un anglais courant est nécessaire.
