VOS RESPONSABILITÉS : * Diriger et gérer le cycle de vie des projets d'infrastructure informatique et des initiatives interorganisationnelles. * Traduire les besoins métier en plans et solutions de projets informatiques. * Être capable de répondre aux besoins opérationnels identifiés en collaboration avec tous les responsables du domaine informatique. * Veiller à ce que les projets soient livrés dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et des normes de qualité requises. * Définir tous les livrables attendus (spécifications fonctionnelles, livret d'acceptation, etc.). * Veiller au respect du calendrier et des coûts du projet. * Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir les politiques et procédures de gouvernance de projet. * Superviser la gestion du portefeuille de projets et rendre compte au directeur technique. * Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion de projet et de gouvernance dans toute l'organisation. * Collaborer efficacement avec des équipes internationales en Europe, en Asie et en Amérique du Nord. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead and manage the lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects and cross-organizational initiatives. * Translate business requirements into IT project plans and solutions. * Able to meet the identified business needs in collaboration with all the IT Domain Managers. * Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and required quality standards. * Define all expected deliverables (functional specifications, acceptance booklet, etc.) * Ensuring that the project schedule and costs are met. * Develop, implement, and maintain project governance policies and procedures. * Oversee project portfolio management and reporting to Chief Technology Officer. * Champion best practices in project management and governance across the organization. * Collaborate effectively with international teams across Europe, Asia, and North America.
