Notre équipe Finance d'Entreprise recherche pour le compte d'un de ses clients, un(e) Accounting Project Manager en CDI. Le poste est situé sur Paris 10ème et est rémunéré entre 80K et 90K en fixe brut sur 12 mois. L'entreprise est dans le secteur de la tech. FAB Group c'est 17 ans d'expérience, 50 consultants spécialisés par division métier et zone géographique (8 bureaux en France), pour 1600 recrutements en 2024. C'est surtout un cabinet reconnu pour la combinaison de l'expertise de ses consultants, la rigueur de ses process, et ses avancées technologiques, permettant de présenter des candidats et dossiers de qualité dans un temps le plus court possible. Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) de la comptabilité expérimenté(e) doté(e) de solides compétences en gestion de projet pour rejoindre une équipe financière à Paris. Vous piloterez des projets de comptabilité stratégique afin d'accompagner la croissance et la transformation du groupe en mettant l'accent sur l'optimisation des processus, l'automatisation et la collaboration inter fonctionnelle. Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Comptable, vous aurez pour missions de : * Prendre en charge et internaliser la comptabilité générale, auxiliaire et analytique des entités du Groupe en France et à l'international. * Diriger les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles, en veillant à la conformité et à la qualité des données. * Gérer les déclarations locales (TVA, impôt sur les sociétés, sécurité sociale) en collaboration avec les conseillers locaux. * Piloter des projets transversaux, notamment la migration vers de nouveaux outils, l'harmonisation des processus et les solutions d'automatisation. * Assurer la coordination avec les équipes informatiques et financières pour intégrer les exigences comptables dans les projets de systèmes. * Animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes (auditeurs, commissaires aux comptes, équipes opérationnelles). * Préparer les états financiers statutaires locaux et consolidés. * Assurer le suivi des budgets et des échéanciers des projets comptables et faire régulièrement rapport à la direction. Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) ayant : * Diplôme en comptabilité ou en finance (DCG, DSCG, Master ou équivalent). * 6 à 8 ans d'expérience, y compris une expérience dans des cabinets d'audit/comptabilité (par exemple, Big 4, cabinets de taille moyenne) et dans des fonctions financières internes (environnements de logiciels, de technologies ou à forte croissance de préférence). * Solide connaissance des normes IFRS et des PCGR français (PCG). * La maîtrise de SAP S/4HANA est un atout. * Bilingue français-anglais. * Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, souci rigoureux du détail et approche proactive axée sur les solutions.
