MISSION : The Technical Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the HR solutions portfolio, ensuring its alignment with organizational needs while driving innovation. He/She will ensure the seamless integration, maintenance, and performance of HR solutions, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions. He/She leads the team of HR Digital Product Owners oriented on technical expertise. He/She coordinates the activities of them to keep the consistencies between the different processes. He/She demonstrates the ability to ensure the operational stability for the customer and has a global view on the HR solutions to foresee new technologies, methods, or tools that can enhance or transform existing HR solutions. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? Enhancements & Integrations: Manage advanced configurations of HR solutions and ensure that HR tools are well-integrated with other systems, promoting data flow and system coherence. • Plan, test, and deploy new versions/releases of HR solutions and ensuring compatibility with existing configurations and processes. • Set up and maintain development, testing, and production environments for HR solutions. • Map, optimize, and standardize technical documentation about the HR solutions and the integrations between other systems. • Maintain the performance, security, and scalability of HR solutions for customers. • Monitor the Level 3 support activities within her/his team, ensuring swift resolution of complex incidents and requests. • Advise the organization on potential enhancements, integrations, or replacements based on emerging technologies. • Participating to support activities as a third level (maximum 30%) on the support chain, centralizing the expertise. Expected deliverables: • Documentation workbooks and global data models: Updated configuration documents with the current configuration of the solutions. • Integrations Map: Updated map of all existing integrations in the HR solutions and status on their current deployment. • Permissions framework: updated documentation the existing roles and capabilities to export the current configuration to organize regular audit. • Detailed quarterly reports on updates on ongoing initiatives. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The successful candidate will exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of IT services and Product Management in complex organizations. He / She will need to demonstrate proven relationship manage-ment strengths, with clear evidence of an ability to build successful business partnerships and drive direc-tion and effective product backlogs. High-level communication ability is essential, with verbal, written and interpersonal skills integral to suc-cess in this role. In addition, the successful applicants will possess: • Strong analytical ability coupled with an innovative and creative thinking style and robust business and technology acumen. • Experience in cloud environments. • A minimum of five years of solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including SAP BTP, is required. Familiarity with other platforms, such as Workday Adaptive Planning or Docebo, would be considered a valuable plus. • Good understanding of HR software architectures. • Familiarity with the latest trends in tech, especially those relevant to HR solutions. • Proven track record in project management, especially in a tech environment. • Capable to understand and is the team referee to know existing IT solutions of the Group to rely on. • Communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices. • Degree in School of Engineering or University Course. • Good level of English mandatory, French proficiency ideal as well Come along on CMA CGM’s adventure
