Tous nos postes sont ouverts aux personnes en situation de handicap Dans un contexte de croissance de ses activités, le pôle territoire (70 collaborateurs) de Nexpublica est à la recherche d’un account executive (commercial) pour développer les ventes de Carta DS, solution spécialisée en gestion d’urbanisme auprès des collectivités en Région parisienne, les hauts de France, la Normandie entre autres. Sous la responsabilité du responsable commercial et intégré au sein d’une équipe de commerciaux, d’avant-ventes, votre mission consistera à : -Prospection et développement commercial : identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès des collectivités territoriales. -Qualification des besoins : comprendre les enjeux des clients et leur proposer des solutions à leurs besoins de gestion. -Avant-vente technique : préparation et animation des démonstrations produits, réponse aux appels d’offres, rédaction des parties techniques des propositions commerciales. -Présentation des propositions commerciales en adaptant les argumentaires et en négociant les conditions dans une logique de partenariat. -Suivi du parc clients : assurer une satisfaction client optimale et identifier les opportunités de renouvellement. -Gestion du cycle de vente : de la prise de contact à la signature, vous pilotez le cycle de vente en collaboration avec les équipes avant-Vente et les commerciaux. * Expérience : Minimum 3 ans dans la vente ou l’avant-vente de solutions logicielles * Orientation client : Vous savez écouter, comprendre les enjeux métiers et proposer des solutions pertinentes. * Compétences commerciales : Vous êtes à l’aise dans la négociation, la gestion de cycle de vente et la relation client à long terme. * Connaissance du secteur public : Une expérience auprès des collectivités territoriales est un atout. * Maîtrise technique : Bonne compréhension des environnements SaaS/cloud, des architectures logicielles et des outils CRM. * Esprit d’équipe : Vous aimez travailler en transversal avec les équipes internes pour faire avancer les projets.
