Notre entreprise partenaire recrute un(e) Digital Community Manager en alternance Rejoignez l'IFAE Business, spécialisée dans les formations diplômantes en alternance du Bac +2 au Bac +5 dans les domaines du Commerce, du Management et du Marketing Digital. MISSIONS Au sein du service communication et marketing digital, vous contribuerez activement à la stratégie de présence en ligne et à l'engagement de la communauté : - Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie de communication sur les réseaux sociaux. - Créer et publier du contenu attractif et engageant (visuels, vidéos, stories, posts). - Gérer et animer les communautés sur les différentes plateformes (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook). - Suivre et analyser les performances des actions social media à l'aide des KPIs. - Gérer l'e-réputation de la marque et répondre aux avis clients (Google, réseaux). PROFIL RECHERCHÉ - Vous préparez un Bachelor (Bac +3) ou équivalent. - Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et relationnelles. - Vous êtes créatif(ve), organisé(e) et à l'aise avec les outils digitaux. - Vous maîtrisez les réseaux sociaux et avez une bonne connaissance des codes de chaque plateforme. - Vous avez une appétence pour les univers du luxe, de la beauté et des tendances digitales.
