The Challenge Engaging in the automotive sector means helping to shape the sustainable mobility solutions of tomorrow.The Project In the context of automotive development and production projects, we are looking for an Engineering product material to support the equipment supplier.Key Responsibilities Define the optimal raw materials and glues for the projects (OEMs RFQs), define the recommendations & risk assessmentEnsure success of new materials & glues implementation in the plants, anticipation of the validation plan (plates, parts) according customer requirementsSolves material & adhesive problems during the project and mass productionAnimate materials training modules & coaching sessionsRequired Skills & ExperienceMaster degree in materials or Engineering degree in chemistry4-5 years significant experience in the field of polymersKnowledge on Polycarbonate, PMMA, PP, Styrenic polymers for lighting products (headlamps, rear lamps), on adhesives (glues).Knowledge of polymers & adhesives, formulation, laboratory tests, transformation processes (injection) & bonding for lighting productsFluent in English (B2 / C1) and French
