About the jobAs a Senior Product Manager within the Mirakl Financial Services team, reporting to the Group PM, your main mission is to envision and execute the vision for Financial Services products and features, while communicating it to all Mirakl stakeholders and clients - with the goal of ensuring the quality and business value delivered by our solutions.You will be responsible for designing and prioritizing features to be developed for one of the squads in charge of the financial aspects of our offerings (payment and financial services related to e-commerce and marketplace), for marketplace operators and sellers.Our stack and toolsProductBoard, Jira, Figma, Slack, Google Suite, Hotjar, ZendeskDay-to-day, you will:Define with the Product Management team and the VP Financial Services the short and long-term roadmap for features within your scope:Imagine new features and evolve existing ones to improve our clients' performanceBuild and maintain market and product analyses to identify functional gaps and investments to be madeManage, prioritize and optimize the functional backlog for the development teamCollect customer feedback and anticipate their future needsCollaborate and act as an ambassador with stakeholders:The Engineering Manager and development squad during design workshopsLegal and business teams to launch the most viable solutions possibleData Science and Product Design teams to imagine new intelligent features and integrate them into the existing product ecosystemMarketing and Go To Market teams to drive launches, create and contribute to internal and external training and support materialsProduct and Recruitment teams to participate in recruiting and coaching Product Managers at Mirakl to nurture our Product cultureYou'll love this job if:Your profile:You have at least 5-6 years of experience in Product ManagementYou have similar experience within a SaaS software companyYou have significant experience with financial products and processes: factoring/cash advances, billing/collection mechanisms, payment systems, lending platforms, embedded banking integrationsYou have an interest in API design and integration ecosystemsYou have a good sensitivity to data, design and agile topicsYou have demonstrated your communication and interpersonal skillsYou know how to make decisions and show autonomy and initiativeYou support your arguments with concrete facts and analyses rather than assumptionsYou are familiar with an agile development methodology (SCRUM, Kanban...)You speak French and English fluentlyBonus:You have hands-on experience in a marketplace environmentWant to join us?
