En tant que HR Business Partner, tu seras la pierre angulaire de notre croissance humaine et travailleras directement avec notre co-fondatrice Aziza Chaouachi (ex-Leavy.co) :→ Structurer et piloter notre stratégie de recrutement (20 talents à recruter dès 2026) → Construire notre culture d'entreprise et nos process RH from scratch→ Accompagner les managers dans le développement de leurs équipes→ Déployer les outils et rituels RH adaptés à notre hypercroissance→ Préparer notre expansion internationale (Allemagne Q2 2026, USA fin 2026) côté people opsTon profil✓ 4-6 ans d'expérience en RH, idéalement en startup/scale-up tech✓ Tu as déjà structuré des process RH dans un environnement en forte croissance✓ Tu maîtrises le recrutement tech et les enjeux de marque employeur✓ Tu parles couramment anglais✓ Tu es à la fois stratégique et opérationnel(le) – tu sais passer du big picture à l'exécutionCe qu'on offrePackage compétitif €40-60k + BSPCEFlexibilité : bureaux à Paris ou Annecy, télétravail partiel / hybridMutuelle Alan Optimale prise en charge à 100% par l'employeur (5 séances d'acuponcture inclus pour les fans)️ Carte Swile à €12,20 / jour ouvré, pris en charge au maximum des 60% par l'employeurL'opportunité de construire la fonction RH d'une future licorneUne équipe de passionnés qui croient que les indépendants méritent des outils à la hauteur de leur ambitionLe process 1° Call avec Aziza, notre CEO (30min)2° Business case à préparer (30-45min)3° Debrief du business case avec Mario, notre CGO (1h)4° Entretien culture fit avec Aziza & Mario (30min)5° On offre Prêt(e) à bâtir l'équipe qui va transformer la vie de millions d'indépendants ?
