Reporting to the Senior Director in Paris, the Education Manager will be responsible for training & education execution across Europe that elevates artistry skill and ignites passion for the brand. If you are someone highly passionate for teaching and experience facilitating trainings and events across multiple audience categories this role could be perfect for youROLE ACCOUNTABILITIESLead developmental high-level trainings for Markets and Field, developing highly skilled field & store-level Retail Artists from an artistry, sales, and customer experience perspective.

Support new market & new door openings, training teams, eventing. Consult with EU markets to help identify opportunities for development plans of field & counter teams. SKILLS

REQUIRED5+ years' experience in an Education role within the beauty industry. Deep understanding of the current beauty industry trends, artistry techniques, and looks. Proven ability to lead training programs that drive commercial results in a retail environment. Excellent project management skills, ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet competing deadlines.

Flexibility to travel regularly across different locations in Europe. French and English mandatory, a third language would be highly appreciated
