Location: Remote (must be based in France and have the right to work in France). Based in Paris with frequent travel across the assigned European territories as required. What You’ll Do Develop strong relationships with retail partners, store teams, and distributors to achieve sales targets. Plan regular visits to key stores and salon accounts, ensuring proper brand execution and monitoring stock availability. Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives while identifying in‑store opportunities to drive growth. Assess educational needs for stores and salons, organizing training programs to elevate product knowledge. Lead and motivate a team of Beauty consultants, ensuring they receive regular training and achieve sales goals. Represent the company at regional/national conferences, events and sales meetings as needed. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations and sales teams. Identify new salons and professional stores. Work with authorized distributors to implement and accelerate Amika’s Pro Channel strategic plan and growth. Coordinate Pro Channel events and education programs. Must Haves Fluency in French and English. +5 years proven experience in sales and/or education, ideally in beauty. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Confident trainer with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Nice To Haves Salon/Beauty experience preferred. Experience with Sephora. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian. Ready to apply?
