Localisation du poste : Paris / LyonObjectif : ◦ Gérer en autonomie des projets de construction de systèmes de stockage d'énergie par batteries et de postes privés HTB depuis la conception jusqu'à la réception. ◦ Encadrer des Construction ManagersMissions :1. Conception • Réaliser des plans 2D des infrastructures sur Autocad • Établir un programme de travaux • Rédiger des pièces techniques : cahiers des charges • Réaliser des métrés et des estimations budgétaires • Établir des plannings détaillés • Piloter les prestataires externes2. Gestion des appels d'offres • Constituer des Dossiers de Consultation des Entreprises pour les prestataires et les entreprises de travaux • Analyser les offres et établir des tableaux comparatifs • Assister le client pour la contractualisation3. Validation des documents d'exécution • Établir la liste des documents d'exécution à émettre par l'entreprise • Émettre des visas sur les documents émis et tenir à jour le tableau de suivi des visas4. Supervision des travaux • Piloter les entreprises et coordonner les interventions • Animer les réunions de chantier hebdomadaires • Veiller au bon avancement des travaux et à leur conformité globale • Gérer la phase de mise en service du système de stockage • Réaliser le suivi budgétaire et valider les situations de travauxPrononcer la Réception des Ouvrages et rédiger les Procès-Verbaux5.
