Regional Operational Excellence Leader EMEAOur client, a global manufacturing group, is seeking a Regional Operational Excellence Leader (EMEA) to drive continuous improvement and operational transformation across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Lead the deployment of a global operational excellence framework.Identify and deliver cross-site process improvements (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, RCA).Train, coach, and develop OpEx capability across plants.Monitor and report key KPIs (productivity, cost, quality, lead time).Support cultural change and engage stakeholders at all levels.Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and global OpEx teams.50% travel, reporting to the Business Unit Leader with dotted line into Global OpEx Director.What You'll Bring:5+ years' experience in operational excellence with leadership responsibility.Strong Lean / CI / Production System toolkit knowledge; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.Excellent communication, coaching and change management skills.Ability to lead multiple regional projects and standardise best practices.If you are passionate about driving sustainable operational performance and developing high-performing teams, we would like to hear from you Opportunities to progress in this global business are both genuine and significant.
