OverviewJurnee orchestrates global team events for fast-growing companies like HiBob, Preply, and Dojo.Our customers run hundreds of events each year across 75+ locations, using Jurnee as a system to manage them consistently. We operate thousands of events yearly for distributed teams, supporting repeat usage across multiple offices and countries.Founded by early Aircall employees and backed by UK VCs Angular Ventures and Founders Factory.The RoleAs an Event Associate Intern, you'll support the operations team on the execution of events. The role is hands-on and focused on coordination, sourcing, and smooth delivery.ResponsibilitiesEvent ExecutionSupport the operations team on event executionSource and coordinate event providers across different locationsEnsure timelines, details, and requirements are respectedHelp keep events running smoothly from request to deliveryOffering & ProvidersHelp maintain and improve the event catalogBuild and maintain relationships with providersSuggest new experiences and formats when relevantRequirementsFluent in English and French (non-negotiable)Comfortable working with people and external partnersOrganized, reliable, and detail-orientedComfortable using tools and internal systemsFamiliar with how global or international companies operateBenefitsDirect exposure to the operations team and how Jurnee runs at scaleHands-on experience in event execution and coordinationParis-based role with flexible office daysCompensation: €1,200 / monthStart date: asapThis internship can convert into a full-time positionIf you wish to stand out, please send us a message at hello@jurnee.io, we'd love to hear from you
