At Herno, we believe that operational excellence is an essential part of delivering a seamless and elevated customer experience. For our boutique in Paris on Rue Saint-Honoré, we are looking for a Runner/Stock Controller who can support the sales team by ensuring efficient stock management and smooth daily operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure accurate receiving, storage and replenishment of merchandise in line with company procedures;Support the sales team by promptly managing product requests and stock availability on the shop floor;Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies;Maintain order and organization of the stockroom, ensuring compliance with visual and safety standards;Collaborate closely with the boutique team to guarantee efficient operations and optimal service flow;REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in a similar role within the luxury retail environment;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and reliability;Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative attitude;Basic knowledge of English; French is required for daily operations.
