For our client, an international B2B player specializing in security, mission‐critical and communication solutions, we are looking for a France Senior Channel Account Manager to lead and accelerate the commercial launch and expansion of the French market.This is a strategic and business‐critical role, combining hands‐on channel development, key partner management, complex sales leadership and close cross‐border coordination with top management.Company BackgroundOur client is a value‐added distributor of leading radio communication, wireless and security solutions, serving professional B2B markets through a selective Channel model.After more than 20 years of successful activity in its historical markets, the company has recently launched its commercial operations in France. The French subsidiary is now entering a key acceleration phase, with strong ambitions to structure and scale its Channel network nationwide.The organization operates with a lean, agile structure, flat hierarchy and direct access to decision‐makers, offering a high level of autonomy and impact.Your MissionAs Senior Channel Account Manager France, you are responsible for the entire French Channel business, ensuring continuity, growth and long‐term value creation.Your mission is to:Develop and structure the French Channel ecosystemDrive revenue and gross margin performanceStrengthen strategic partnerships while activating new ChannelsLead complex sales cyclesAct as a trusted business partner to the CEO in shaping and executing the French market strategyMentor and support junior Channel resources as the organization scalesYour ResponsibilitiesLead and expand the French Channel network (distributors, integrators, VARs)Ensure continuity and growth following the recent commercial launch in FranceAct as the primary point of contact for key Channel PartnersManage Key Accounts while supporting portfolio sharing with junior profilesIdentify, recruit and activate new distribution partners to penetrate new vertical marketsDrive complex sales cycles, including negotiation, pricing, margin management and closingOversee pipeline management, forecasting, revenue and gross marginSupport partners in projects, tenders and strategic opportunitiesWork closely with Pre‐Sales, technical, marketing and internal teams in France and internationallyCoordinate cross‐border activities with headquarters and international entitiesReport directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and prioritiesTravel regularly within France and occasionally to SwitzerlandWhat You BringProven experience in Channel sales and partner management, ideally within a value‐added distributor or manufacturerSeveral years of success managing indirect sales Channels with demonstrable commercial resultsStrong industry exposure in radio communications, telecommunications or mission‐critical systemsExisting professional network in the radio / telecom ecosystem is a strong advantageAbility to drive complex B2B sales, negotiate at senior level and close strategic dealsStrong analytical and forecasting skillsHigh degree of autonomy, structure and ownership in a multinational environmentCapacity to mentor and support junior profiles while maintaining personal sales impactTechnical background in electrical engineering, RF or communications is a plusWillingness to travel at least 50% within FranceFluent French (written & spoken) and good working English (German is a plus)Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills and customer‐centric mindsetWhat We OfferA strategic role in a fast‐growing French subsidiary at an early and decisive stageStrong visibility and direct collaboration with the CEOOpportunity to shape the Channel strategy in France with real impactHigh level of operational autonomy and entrepreneurial spiritExposure to an innovative communication‐technology sectorHome‐office based role anywhere in France, with regular presence in the Alsace office and at customer sitesFlat hierarchy, fast decision‐making and a collaborative team cultureAttractive and modern compensation package, including:Competitive salary package Fixed salary + Variable componentCompany carAdditional incentives and benefitsLong‐term career development potential as the French business expandsContactPhilippe BILDÉAntal International Paris LondonPhilippe.Bilde@antal.comwww.antal.com/recruitment/france-paris-bsc
