We are part of a global energy group with a strong presence in renewable energy and innovation.Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant Intern to join our Commercial and Contracting Management Team in Paris. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations within an international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and archive procurement documents in both SharePoint and physical formats.Register suppliers in our internal platform and SAP systems.Manage invoice processing: scan, record, and forward documents to our international procurement and commercial team.Maintain and update contract records in Excel, extracting data from our internal platform.Potential to evolve into a purchasing role based on performance and interest.Your Profile Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Procurement, or a related field.
