The MissionReporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, you will be the strategic owner of our Distribution network across EMEA. Your mission is to transform distributors into strategic business partners, ensuring that our "New Standard" of player experience reaches every Local Game Store (LGS) and Retailer in EMEA. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Portfolio Management: You do not just execute orders; you build the roadmap.
Develop and present annual business plans for your portfolio, identifying growth levers, potential risks, and opportunities to expand Riftbound's footprint in your territories. Partner Management & Negotiation: Act as the primary business lead for a portfolio of EMEA Distributors. Drive negotiations to secure focus, commitment, and data transparency. Cross-Functional Alignment: You are the bridge between the Distributor and the Store.
Work closely with the Trade Marketing and Retail Experience teams to ensure that our global strategies (OP kits, visual merchandising, demo days, etc) are not just shipped, but actively executed by the distributor's sales force. Forecasting & Sell-In: Lead the pre-order, launch and replenishment process. Collaborate with partners to build accurate forecasts that align with our strategy. Performance Analysis: Monitor business health with precision.
Analyze sell-in vs. sell-out data, stock rotation, and market trends to provide the Senior KAM and Operations team with actionable insights and accurate reporting. Experience
3+ years in Sales or Account Management. The "Player First" Mindset: You understand that a sales target is meaningless if the player experience is poor. You fight for the best premium in store activations and visibility. Negotiation Skills: Proven experience managing commercial negotiations (Terms, Annual Agreements, Promotions).
Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite. Strong written and verbal skills for email correspondence. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations. Capability to learn new, specific software functionalities.
Sector Expertise: Experience working with Distributors (Wholesalers) is a major plus. Familiarity with the General Retail Channel (Mass Market, Toy Specialists, Multi-specialists Stores...) is also highly valued. Analytical Excellence: You are comfortable with data and forecasting (S&OP). You know that good planning prevents stockouts and keeps the community happy.
Mobility: Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time for client meetings, trade shows and team alignment. Scale-up Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments where processes are still being written. You are proactive and creativity-driven. Cultural Affinity (Bonus): A personal interest in Pop Culture, TCGs, or Video Games is appreciated.
