The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client-facing delivery leadership, P&L ownership, and driving transformation programs across geographies. This role demands a hands-on leader who can manage complex engagements, build strong client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence while driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Client Delivery & EngagementLead large-scale delivery programs for key financial services clients, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments, timelines, and quality standardsIdentify and mitigate delivery risks, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely resolutionServe as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including CXO-level executives, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagementDrive digital transformation initiatives in the financial services space, leveraging DFS capabilities and industry best practicesSupport strategic initiatives including innovation pilots, and GTM activitiesRepresent the account in leadership forums and contribute to growth strategyP&L OwnershipOwn and manage the full P&L for the respective Account, ensuring profitability, cost control, and revenue growthMonitor financial performance, forecast budgets, and implement corrective actions as neededCollaborate with finance and business teams to align delivery outcomes with strategic goalsStrategic LeadershipSupport sales and pre-sales teams in bid defense, solutioning, and proposal developmentIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new Business opportunitiesGovernance & ComplianceEnsure delivery governance, risk management, and compliance with internal HCL and client-specific standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and toolsPeople LeadershipBuild and lead high-performing delivery teams across geographiesPartner with HR and TAG teams for Talent Management and development, Talent Acquisition and retention strategiesFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaborationMust have skills and experience:Minimum of 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, with a strong focus on the financial domain and digital finance servicesProven track record of managing large client accounts and complex delivery programs in financial services or finance environment Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both in French and EnglishDemonstrated strong experience in P&L ownership (>50M$ annual PnL), financial planning, and business growthDeep understanding of financial services industry trends, regulatory requirements, and digital transformationKnowledge of French labor laws and compliance in IT service deliveryWillingness to travel across Europe and Offshore as requiredFrench and English fluency (min. C1 level) is mandatoryGood to have skills and experience:Experience in Agile delivery models and transformation programsExperience in overseeing large Digital Workplace operational management and transformationFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern enterprise architecturesExposure to data analytics, AI/ML use cases in financial domain.
