The consultant will join a dynamic team and report to the head of Information Systems Security. The objective is to drive transformation programs, oversee ITSCM, and ensure audit recommendations are followed.Responsibilities:Lead and frame security projects and transformation programsOversee IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)Track and implement audit recommendationsProject Management Office (PMO) activitiesDefine and manage budgetsParticipate in the PMO communityCollaborate with cross-functional teamsSupport change management initiativesContribute to process improvementEnsure regulatory compliance in all activitiesMandatory skills:Proven experience in project/program management in complex, regulated environmentsStrong knowledge of change management methodologiesExpertise in security for development or PAM/IAMUnderstanding of matrix organizationsAutonomy, initiative, and synthesis skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsAppreciated skills:Analytical thinking, listening, and pedagogical abilitiesExperience in budget managementAbility to work collaboratively in teamsAdaptability to dynamic environments
