Location- Paris Contract- 6 months with possible extension Hybrid working Salary- 350 Euros a dayYour responsibilities will include but not limited to:Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in Franceand other EMEA countries as assigned; ensure alignment with local legal requirements, practices, and cultural expectations.Work with all levels of management and employees to ensure timely and effective resolution of HR and management issues, including performance management, employee relations and change management.Manage employee relations issues with a focus on resolution, compliance, and risk mitigation.Support or lead country-specific HR initiatives such as policy development, labour negotiations with local works councils, or cultural integration.Monitor local country labour law compliance, assessing impact of any needed changes and implementation approach. Partner with global leadership on assessing magnitude of needed changes.Partner with Centres of Excellence stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Total Rewards, to ensure effective implementation and delivery of HR programsPartner with global HRBPs on workforce planning and change management activities that impact the local populations that you supportSupport local employee communications (in English and French)Contribute to regional or global HR projects and continuous improvement and automation efforts.Support and ensure compliance during internal and external audits by coordinating with Legal, Finance and Payroll stakeholders and providing accurate and timely documentation (e.g., tax authorities, labour inspections, if applicable)Position RequirementsMinimum 4 years of successful experience in HR in a corporate environmentTeam Player with a positive attitudeGood influencing and negotiation skillsEmbraces new technology and finds ways to implement such tools efficientlyFlexible, autonomous and hands onExceptional attention to detail / administration / competent in HR processesSome Experience/Knowledge of working with a Works Council in FranceAbility to work in a matrix environmentPlanning, organizational and Change Management SkillsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to understand commercial implications of HR activitiesPrevious experience of working for a multinational company in a fast-paced environmentFluent in French and English
