We take pride in our innovative digital pathology solutions, our customer-centric culture, and the positive impact we have on patients' quality of life.Your RoleAccelerate pre-sales support by responding to RFPs/Tenders/Ad-hoc requests, delivering product demonstrations, proposing solution architectures, conducting customer visits, managing webinars, and handling key information.Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesRepresent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.Listen to and understand customers' challenges.Contribute to the design of tailor-made solutions that meet customer needs.Promote and present solutions to customers, clearly highlighting their value.Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to ensure standardized processes throughout all stages of the sales cycle.Contribute to the creation of pre-sales materials to highlight the value of our solutions and support the sales team (demo scenarios and environments, RFx responses, webinar content).Create and maintain demonstration environments.Enrich the product knowledge base to support the tender and RFP production process.Create solution architecture proposals for specific customer use cases.Prepare technical environments and demo scenarios for conferences, then prepare for and participate in events.Deepen technological knowledge to build a comprehensive value proposition.Act as a facilitator between the development, sales, and marketing teams.Education & work experience :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences.Experience in B2B sales.Strong understanding of the healthcare sector across different geographic regions.Minimum required experience:First experience in a pre-sales department/teamFirst experience in healthcare software solutionsStrong commitment to providing technical support to the sales team.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Fluency in French and English.
